Refund policy

This return policy is relevant to all on-line orders.

If you change your mind and decide the purchased item is not for you, please return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unopened and untampered with.

When returning your item(s), please email us @ info@powerful.ie to help us identify your package and process your return as quickly as possible.

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service.

Powerful Supplements Ltd reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with.

Please note that returning goods for the purpose of exchange or refund is at your own expense, however if you are returning the product because of an error on our part or a manufacturing fault, Powerful Supplements Ltd will be happy to refund all costs associated in returning the item back to us, as well as your original postage costs.

Items sent with FREE DELIVERY which get returned will be charged our standard delivery fee of €6.95.

Powerful Supplements Ltd will send email confirmation upon receipt of any product returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds will be processed within 28 days.
